This property was very clean, and comfortable. The host was very responsive to any questions. We had no issues and would choose to stay here again. The coffee and basket of snacks was a wonderful surprise! I give this a 5 star rating.

It was great! It was just what we needed. For our trip exploring DC, it gave us everything we needed because it was just a short walk from multiple bus stops, and the included parking meant we did not have to worry about where to leave our car. Everything was clean, tidy, and seemed to be newly renovated. It felt safe and had all the essentials of living on hand as well. The bed was very comfortable for us both, and we slept well.We would change the listing a bit to highlight the difficulty of access, though. Although "attic" suggests stairs, these stairs are particularly numerous, steep, and very narrow. Anyone with a significant mobility issue or older guests would have a lot of trouble. We are both young and strong, and we had some trouble carrying our stuff up the narrow stairways. If you are okay with narrow stairs, it is a great place to be. The host is super responsive and helped us out with an issue we had at almost 10:00pm.

Our stay at LaKesha's was great. Very comfortable and it had everything that we needed. I wish that the steep stairs had better lighting and the parking was a little more spacious but other than that the place was perfect for us.The floors were squeeky so I'm sorry to the people below us if it bothered them. No bother to us. Too bad we didn't have a dog because there was a great back yard.Would definitely come back.
